Stars & Macher:
Uma Thurman ist für Catsuit und coole Sprüche erste Wahl, doch Steed-Darsteller Ralph Fiennes gilt als Unsicherheitsfaktor: Mit Melone soll er wie eine Parodie auf Charlie Chaplin aussehen. Noch gespannter als auf Fiennes darf man auf Sean Connery sein - denn einen Schurken hat der Schotte noch nie gespielt.

Fazit:
Eins ist schon sicher: Ein Ami-Abklatsch wird die Kinoversion des Serienklassikers sicher nicht. Dafür haben zu viele smarte Briten ihre Finger im Spiel.
